SOL AND LUNA MINIATURE TENT STITCH PICTURES IN THE 17TH CENTURY STYLE

These vignettes were derived from a seventeenth century English tent stitch picture, worked in cross stitch over one thread of linen. The simple design is reminiscent of medieval or Byzantine ecclesiastical art.
