The cotton floss used in all Scarlet Letter kits is made by DMC. DMC offers a printed color card that you can purchase shown below.

DMC also publishes free online color charts for your reference. Remember that the colors you see (or print) may not be true and will vary based on the monitor and printer you use. You should use these online color charts with caution.
